TERRITORY OF APPLICATION

The martinberrocal.com website only allows the purchase of products that will be delivered to the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

PRICES

Product prices always appear with the corresponding taxes applicable at any given time and specifically with the corresponding VAT percentage.

SHIPPING COSTS

All orders are subject to a fixed shipping fee of €3.90. For orders over €60, the shipping cost will be €0.

DELIVERY TIMES

In most cases, delivery will take place within 48 hours of leaving our warehouse. The carrier will notify you by email of the status of the shipment.
Delivery terms and deadlines may be altered due to circumstances of force majeure or calendar change, such as the calling of strikes in the transport sector or the celebration of provincial, regional or national holidays.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS

For any return or claim, THE COMPANY will apply the legislation in force at all times.

martinberrocal.com will not accept returns of opened or manipulated products unless a defect in the condition of the item was detected upon opening that could affect its consumption.

Returns will be accepted for any of the following cases:

Damage during transport
Product in poor condition not detected by us

The COMPANY will first attempt to exchange the returned products. If this is not possible, the amount paid will be refunded.

For the purposes of the provisions of the Consumer Law and the right of withdrawal, users are informed that they have a period of seven working days from receipt of the merchandise to exercise their right of withdrawal in the cases established by law.
